Pasta lesson

The class takes place at Azienda Agrituristica Vignola in Marsico Nuovo, surrounded by, vineyards, olive groves and woods.

During this authentic culinary activity, the expert Antonietta will prepare and demonstrate the handmade pasta-making process, guiding guests through a true Italian tradition. The class will be conducted with the support of Francesca, who will provide English translation throughout.

Participants will learn about different types of flour, sourced directly from the farm’s own agricultural production, and will discover traditional pasta shapes from the Basilicata region. At the end, guests will enjoy a tasting of the pasta prepared during the class. The activity will last approximately 3 hours.
